WHY DO I NEED BI-LEVEL LIGHTING?
On average, high-rise stairwells are occupied less than 2% of the time. That means 98% of the time you don’t need your lights fully illuminated.

You can with Occu-Smart®. Occu-Smart® is a lighting system designed with automatic bi-level lighting capabilities, so it automatically dims to the standby lighting level when an area is unoccupied — providing greater energy efficiencies while still keeping the area lit.

EASY TO INSTALL
- Just two wires- installs just like any ordinary fixture. After it’s mounted, manually adjust the sensitivity and dwell time to suit your application. No need to re-open the fixture – you’re ready to save.
- Our Occu-Smart® technology can be integrated into many of our stock and architecturally designed fixtures. We also have a line of fixtures designed exclusively to maximize the performance benefits of the Occu-Smart® lighting system.
- So whether your application requires a decorative wall sconce or a general stairwell fixture; Occu-Smart® will be your energy sentry- watching your watts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Now with Bluetooth® technology, programming is a snap through a convenient free Smartphone app. Bluetooth® Mesh option also available so individual units can connect with each other for even more programming features. Allows remote control setting of Field adjustable output power when in normal mode and field adjustable standby dim levels as well as time delay settings without the need to open the fixture. When equipped with Bluetooth® mesh, one fixture can “talk” to another and trigger it to go to Normal output without the need for each to “sense” occupancy. In addition specific hours/days etc. can be programmed so that certain or all fixtures remain in “high” or Low” mode (or a preset percentage of either) regardless of occupancy.
